On the scripture text
The Tanakh text and translation presented in Miqra are in the public domain. The Hebrew is the masoretic text “Tanach with Ta’amei Hamikra” (with cantillation and vowel points), and the English is “The Holy Scriptures: A New Translation” (Jewish Publication Society, 1917). Both were obtained via Sefaria.org. Each edition is attributed in the app. The Miqra app itself is proprietary.
